Michael Olugbenga Osanyinlusi
Michael is the founding President of CSL. Michael’s experience as a soccer player, tournament organizer and community leader spans over 3 decades. Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria and started playing street soccer at the early age of 5 before moving to Calgary in 2013. Michael is an ardent believer in the efficacy of sports as a unifier hence the establishment of CSL to complement the amazing work of various organizations on the path of sports development and community engagement.
Outside of CSL, Michael is a Certified Internal Auditor and works as a Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers at their Calgary Office.

Olakunle Olamilehin
Ola is a founding director of CSL and leads our Program development and execution. Ola moved from the United States to Canada in 2015 and continues his passion for the game of soccer. Ola has been involved with soccer at various levels since 1990. He has lived and played Soccer in 5 countries over 4 continents. Ola speaks or understands multiple languages including Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Yoruba and English. Ola has several experiences of how soccer has helped bring people together regardless of their diversities. This propelled Ola to be a founding director of CSL.
Ola is married with two lovely children. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nigeria, a Masters of Science degree in RAMS from Norway and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas, USA. He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, Professional Scrum Master, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, and is an active Professional Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). He is currently employed as Staff Process Safety Engineer at Cenovus Energy.

Ayo
Ayo is the Director of Publicity for CSL. Ayo’s passion for the history, culture, development and the tactical aspects of the game knows no bounds. From its inauspicious beginning in England to its evolution in Brazil and to contemporary reforms today, Ayo continues to follow the round leather game with keen interest.
Outside of soccer, Ayo volunteers as Secretary/PRO with a socio-cultural association and works as a Market Analyst for the City of Calgary.
